Reconsideration by SDC

If your claim is denied, the first step is for your to apply to SDC for a "reconsideration" of your application. You must apply in writing within 90 days of receiving the decision letter from SDC.

The "reconsideration" is done by another staff memeber who wans not involved in assessing your initial application.
